Be careful not to burn the sugar.  Immediately stir in the cream, keep mixing till you get a smooth caramel sauce. Once done add in the vanilla essence, salt and stir. Let cool and then transfer it to a bottle and refrigerate.     Eggless coffee caramel cake: Ingredients Flour    1-1/2 cup Caster sugar   1 cup curd    250 gm Baking soda   1 tsp Baking powder  1 tsp  Oil    1/2 cup Coffee powder  2 tbsp  caramel sauce  2 tbsp Walnuts, chopped ½ cup  Method: Mix the coffee powder with 1/4 cup hot water until it. dissolves. Beat yogurt with sugar. Now add the baking soda, baking powder and whisk again.  Add oil and the coffee, next add the flour and fold it gently. Fold in the walnuts already coated with some flour. Pour the batter into a greased and lined baking tin and tap to remove air bubbles. Bake at 180 degrees c for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool the cake completely and then drizzle it with caramel sauce before serving.'
